Tehran prevents impose travel ban on labor activists

The Iranian judiciary imposed a travel ban on two labor activists, Reza Shahabi and Davoud Razavi, which effectively blocks them from participating at the 106th session of the International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. They belong to the Tehran Bus Drivers Union. They are both under sanctions due to their legitimate trade union activities. Labor activism is still seen as a national security offense in Iran.
