Iranian minorities protest that discrimination is constitutional

Iranian politicians, moderate and hardline, love to claim that all minorities in Iran are respected and equal under the law. Not so, claim many minorities who live under persecution, racism and discrimination which is protected by the Iranian constitution. Iranian Kurds, Azers, Yarsans, Baha’is, Christians, Sunnis and other minorities face institutionalized harassment daily including destruction of places of worship, inability to work in public office, laws against further education, closing down of businesses, listing of businesses to boycott etc…and of course, arrests, floggings, imprisonments and executions.
